QIMA is hiring a Senior FP&A professional to join a fast-growing, multi-business-unit group where priorities shift quickly and the finance function is scaling with the business. The role owns the relationship with budget owners, runs variance analysis, delivers strategic insights to senior management and Group Finance, and continuously improves reporting and automation.

The company expects someone who learns fast, takes ownership early and adapts methods as the company evolves. QIMA's Consumer Products Division helps brands, retailers and manufacturers deliver safe, quality and ethically made products.

দায়িত্ব

• Own the relationship with budget owners, prepare monthly KPI packs, challenge assumptions and deliver forward-looking commentary
• Run variance analysis by business unit and department and turn findings into clear actions on a tight monthly close timeline
• Partner with Accounting and HR to ensure accurate expense classification and data integrity
• Deliver strategic insights to senior management and Group Finance and contribute to monthly management reporting
• Lead key parts of the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle
• Streamline policies, processes and KPI dashboards (Tableau, group BI tool) and drive automation
• Monitor key financial metrics, flag risks and opportunities early, and take on ad-hoc analyses and cross-functional projects

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Finance or Accounting, ideally in a multi-BU or fast-scaling environment
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Oracle or a comparable accounting ERP
• Experience with Tableau or other BI tools is highly desirable
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and work with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Proficient in written and spoken English
