iFarmer Limited is hiring permanent Senior Executives, Recovery (Farmer Finance) in the Finance & Accounts department for field locations in Chuadanga, Jamalpur, Bogura, Naogaon, Rajshahi, Dinajpur and Rangpur. The role covers pre-financing verification of farmers, portfolio monitoring, overdue recovery, fraud detection and reporting, with extensive field work and direct contact with farmers. দায়িত্ব

• Conduct independent field verification of farmers to assess identity, farming activities, financial condition and repayment capacity
• Review credit history, repayment behavior and risk factors before financing approval
• Monitor assigned farmer portfolios through the financing cycle and identify early warning signs such as crop losses and irregular repayment
• Follow up with farmers before and after financing maturity to facilitate on-time recovery
• Manage overdue accounts through structured follow-ups and field visits, negotiate realistic repayment commitments and minimize bad debts
• Identify and investigate suspicious activities such as fake farmers, fund diversion and unauthorized collection
• Maintain records of verification, repayment commitments, overdue accounts and recovery progress
• Prepare periodic reports on recovery performance, high-risk accounts and critical issues
• Coordinate with Farmer Finance Operations, Finance Control and field teams

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, Agriculture, Economics or a relevant discipline
• 3 to 5 years of experience in credit recovery, loan collection, MFIs, banking, NBFIs, agricultural financing or field operations
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of credit assessment, loan recovery and delinquency management
• Strong analytical skills to assess repayment behavior and investigate irregularities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and digital reporting systems
• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned zone and work extensively in the field
