iFarmer Limited is hiring a permanent National Operations Manager (NOM) for its Farmer Financing Operations department, based at the Gulshan-2 head office with frequent travel to regions and field sites. The NOM leads nationwide operations, ensuring efficient field execution, timely financing disbursement, effective loan recovery, regulatory compliance and successful implementation of strategic initiatives, and drives operational excellence and regional performance. দায়িত্ব

• Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across all regions and ensure effective execution of business plans
• Develop and implement regional operational plans with proper resource allocation and field-level execution
• Monitor operational progress, identify challenges and implement improvements
• Optimize field operations, workforce deployment and geographic coverage
• Oversee loan recovery, overdue portfolio management, service fee collection and other financial operations
• Coordinate with Finance, Banking and Business Planning teams on disbursement and collection
• Promote direct payment and automated collection mechanisms
• Lead planning, execution and monitoring of operational projects and strategic initiatives, including buyback programs and IFC-related activities
• Ensure adherence to policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements and mitigate operational risks
• Oversee farmer grievances, service-related complaints and field-level disputes
• Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions and implementation partners
• Lead, coach and develop regional and area operations teams, including manpower planning and training

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, Agriculture or a relevant discipline
• 8 to 10 years of professional experience in microfinance operations management, microcredit, financial services or agribusiness
• Proven experience managing large-scale field operations and geographically distributed teams
• Experience in loan recovery, financial operations, strategic project implementation and stakeholder management
• Experience working with banks, financial institutions or development partners is an advantage
• Strong leadership, team management and decision-making abilities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills
• Willing to travel frequently across regional offices and field locations in Bangladesh
