Mercantile Bank PLC is hiring a Head of Internal Audit to lead its independent Internal Audit Function under Bangladesh Bank's internal control guidelines. The role covers on-site, off-site and concurrent audit, a risk-based audit plan, the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program and the annual assurance report to the Board through the Audit Committee of the Board. দায়িত্ব

• Lead on-site, off-site and concurrent audit and the QAIP unit
• Prepare a risk-based audit plan covering the full audit universe
• Run the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program
• Submit an annual assurance report to the Board through the ACB
• Oversee data analytics and technology-enabled continuous auditing
• Liaise with the ACB, external auditors and Bangladesh Bank

যোগ্যতা

• Master's degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or MBM
• CA, ACCA, CMA, CFA or partly qualified preferred; CIA or CISA an added advantage
• Minimum 15 years of banking experience, at least 5 years in internal audit, compliance, risk management or inspection
• Knowledge of the Bank Company Act, Bangladesh Bank guidelines, AML/CFT and Global Internal Audit Standards
