Sector Sales Specialist - Oil & Gas

Aggreko is hiring a Sector Sales Specialist for Oil & Gas in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will own a sales plan (account portfolio) and deliver growth within current customers, win back lapsed customers and prospect new clients, with a focus on growth coupled with profitability.

First-class people skills and tenacity are essential. The role is split roughly 40% new business prospecting and 60% existing account growth.

• Target, develop and acquire customers within your sales plan
• Meet and exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs
• Ensure third-party costs (fuel, freight and rehire) are appropriately priced
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
• Follow Aggreko's sales process, CRM and CPQ processes (Salesforce) and meet minimum sales activity requirements
• Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan, including product and sector revenue targets
• Identify new customers and business to grow the key account portfolio
• Expand and maintain the network of current and potential customers through weekly face-to-face and telephone sales calls
• Prepare and submit proposals with technical and commercial details in line with Aggreko's terms and conditions
• Learn internal administrative practice, hire procedures, the quick track system, product knowledge and depot operation

যোগ্যতা

• Experience within the temporary power, HVAC or Oil & Gas industry
• Degree in sales or a technical discipline, or minimum 5 years of successful high-level sales experience in an industrial services environment
• Experience selling or renting capital equipment, or selling technical/engineering solutions or services
• Proven track record of delivering results in line with targets
• KSA driving license
• Good ability to read, write and speak English
