About the RoleK Glam & Glow Beauty Lounge is looking for an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Female Manager to oversee daily salon operations, lead the team, maintain service quality, and drive business growth.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in beauty parlour or salon management.

- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

- Experience managing salon staff and daily operations.

- Professional attitude, smart personality, and a customer-focused mindset.

- Knowledge of salon services, appointment scheduling, and service quality management.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

- Supervise, motivate, and manage salon staff and duty schedules.

- Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.

- Manage appointments, bookings, and walk-in customers.

- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and high service quality standards.

- Develop strategies to increase sales, customer visits, and revenue.

- Monitor inventory, beauty products, tools, and supplies.

- Maintain daily sales, expenses, cash records, and operational reports.

- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer retention activities.

- Resolve operational challenges and staff-related issues professionally.
