Salary: Negotiable (Based on Skills & Performance)

• Generate new business leads
• Communicate with potential clients
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns
• Prepare proposals and presentations
• Maintain client relationships and follow-ups through CRM

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum Bachelor's degree required
• Basic technical knowledge of software, web development, and IT solutions
• Prior sales & marketing work experience in a technology company is required
• Strong analytical thinking, smart decision-making, and the ability to learn quickly
• Ability to understand client requirements and identify suitable technology solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Good presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Good communication skills in Bangla & English
• Graduates in CSE or IT will be given preference
