Beauty Intelligent Wellness (BIW) is Bangladesh's first medical-aesthetic wellness ecosystem, dedicated to the belief that genuine beauty stems from comprehensive, science-backed wellbeing. Operating across three branches in Dhaka, BIW offers advanced clinical skincare, therapeutic hair and scalp care, restorative spa and nail rituals, and nutrition-focused and Eastern healing services under one cohesive standard of care.

Role description: The Manager at BIW Gents is responsible for overseeing daily operations, service delivery, and client experience at the male-focused segment of the BIW ecosystem. This full-time, on-site role in Dhaka includes supervising staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining service standards, and ensuring that all protocols align with BIW's evidence-based and client-centric approach. The Manager will handle client inquiries and feedback, support consultation processes, and foster a welcoming, professional environment. The role also requires collaboration with clinical and wellness teams, monitoring performance metrics, managing inventory and facility upkeep, and contributing to local marketing and community outreach initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to join BIW, a leading medical-aesthetic salon. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue, managing client relationships, and overseeing daily team operations.

Location: A-5/2, Lift-5, Adept NR Complex, Bashundhara Link Rd, Dhaka 1229. Salary range: 20000-25000. Experience required: 1 year (minimum).

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction

যোগ্যতা

• Experience in wellness, beauty, spa, or healthcare service management
• Strong team leadership and people management skills, including staff supervision, coaching, and performance monitoring
• Excellent customer service and client relationship skills
• Operational and administrative skills such as scheduling, inventory oversight, basic budgeting, and reporting
• Ability to collaborate with clinical, aesthetic, and wellness professionals in a multidisciplinary environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English and Bangla, spoken and written
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, wellness management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous supervisory experience in a salon, spa, clinic, or premium service environment in Dhaka is an advantage
• 3 years of proven experience in sales/management or a service-based industry
• Sales-driven mindset with focus on revenue generation
