দায়িত্ব

• Generate leads through cold calling, field prospecting, and inbound inquiries
• Onboard sellers, real estate agencies, agents, and service vendors
• Manage property listings, subscriptions, renewals, and upgrades
• Drive sales conversions and support property transactions
• Build B2B partnerships with agencies, vendors, and banks
• Maintain CRM records, track market trends, and prepare performance reports

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• 3–4 years of relevant experience; IT sales experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bangla and English
• Good knowledge of Dhaka's real estate market
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Target-driven mindset and willingness to travel within Dhaka
