Flow is hiring a Residents Experience Agent in Riyadh to provide hospitality and front-desk service to residents and hotel guests, from check-in and special requests to move-ins, move-outs and community events. Working hours vary with operational needs, including weekdays, weekends and holidays.

দায়িত্ব

• Provide exceptional hospitality and professionalism in every interaction with residents and hotel guests, accommodating special requests where possible.
• Welcome, greet and register guests efficiently and obtain necessary payment information.
• Respond accurately to requests, making recommendations based on local knowledge and property practices.
• Resolve resident and guest complaints and assist with inquiries about services, hours, events and directions.
• Partner with the Leasing Team on move-ins, move-outs and lease renewal activities.
• Direct lobby traffic, maintain communal areas and keep track of loaned items.
• Handle check-out, cash management and cashiering and credit policies.
• Manage packages, messages and mail, and give authorized vendors, contractors and visitors access to the building and units.
• Maintain documents and reports such as package logs and project trackers.
• Collaborate with the community engagement team on building events and company programs.

যোগ্যতা

• High school diploma or equivalent; college or relevant experience is a plus.
• Residential services or hospitality experience in a luxury environment preferred.
• Excellent reading, writing and spoken English.
• Computer literacy with the ability to use a variety of software.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Able to manage several tasks at once and set priorities in a high-speed environment.
• Flexible availability: working hours vary with operational needs (weekdays, weekends and holidays).
