JLL Project and Development Services is looking for a Project Manager in Dubai to oversee all aspects of construction execution for a mixed-use development. The role covers day-to-day construction operations from mobilisation to handover, contract administration under FIDIC or similar frameworks, quality control, risk management and health and safety compliance. Arabic is listed as an advantage, not a requirement.

দায়িত্ব

• Manage day-to-day construction operations across all phases from mobilization through handover
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using appropriate construction management software, coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure milestone achievement
• Establish project governance structures and reporting protocols aligned with client requirements and organizational standards
• Serve as primary point of contact between the client, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Administer construction contracts in accordance with FIDIC or other applicable contract frameworks
• Coordinate with main contractors and specialty subcontractors across multiple building types and systems
• Facilitate regular progress meetings and maintain clear communication channels with all project participants
• Enforce quality control procedures and conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and building codes
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor site health and safety compliance, ensuring contractor adherence to Dubai Municipality and client safety standards

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of construction project management experience with at least 5 years on hospitality projects
• Demonstrated experience managing projects in the UAE or GCC region
• Proven track record delivering complex multi-discipline projects involving coordination of residential towers, retail podiums, and associated infrastructure
