Apex Footwear Limited, Bangladesh's leading leather footwear manufacturer, exporter and retailer, is hiring an Officer, International Business for Unit 1 in Kaliakair, Gazipur. The officer manages day-to-day communication with international customers and follows each order from confirmation to final shipment, coordinating with product development, manufacturing, costing, sourcing, quality and supply chain teams. Freshers and candidates with less than one year of experience can apply; minimum age 25. Candidates may also apply through bdjobs.

দায়িত্ব

• Manage day-to-day communication with international customers and ensure timely responses to inquiries
• Coordinate customer requirements, specifications, forecasts and updates with cross-functional teams
• Follow the complete order lifecycle from order confirmation to final shipment
• Coordinate with Product Development and Manufacturing so samples are developed and delivered on time
• Track material readiness, production progress and shipment schedules
• Liaise with Costing, Sourcing, Production, Quality Assurance and Supply Chain teams
• Support export documentation, compliance requirements and shipment execution
• Analyze order status, shipment performance and business data and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare customer presentations, business reports and order status updates

যোগ্যতা

• 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial & Production Engineering, Footwear Engineering, Leather Engineering or a related discipline
• Freshers or candidates with less than 1 year of experience
• Experience in manufacturing (FMCG), leather goods, footwear or tannery is relevant
• At least 25 years of age
