Talent Centric Ltd. is hiring a full-time Business Development Trainee on behalf of its sister concern Redroots Ltd., a real estate agency that helps individuals and businesses buy, sell and rent residential and commercial properties. The office is at House 5, Road 6/A, Baridhara J Block, Dhaka, open Sunday to Thursday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. দায়িত্ব

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients and partners
• Support preparation of business proposals, presentations and pitches
• Maintain communication with prospective and existing clients
• Participate in market research and competitor analysis
• Work with internal teams on client onboarding and project execution
• Maintain records of business activities and prepare regular reports
• Represent the company in meetings, events and training sessions when required

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Ability to multitask and work in a team
• 6 to 12 months of business development or sales experience preferred; fresh graduates also encouraged
