The Commissioner of Taxes Office, Taxes Zone-1, Chattogram (National Board of Revenue, Ministry of Finance) invites online applications through https://ctax1.teletalk.com.bd for 26 vacancies in 5 categories, filled temporarily on a direct basis from permanent residents of Chattogram district. This listing is the Office Assistant cum Computer Typist (Grade-16, 4 vacancies) post. Candidates must have passed HSC or equivalent with at least second division or GPA. Applications are accepted online only, from 14 October 2026 (10:00 AM) to 5 November 2026 (4:00 PM). After submitting, the exam fee is paid by SMS from a Teletalk prepaid number within 72 hours, otherwise the application is not accepted. Written exam, practical test where applicable, and a viva follow; no TA/DA is paid, and the authority may amend the circular or change the number of vacancies.

• Type and prepare office documents on the computer in Bangla and English
• Provide clerical support and maintain files for the Commissioner's office
• Use word processing, e-mail and fax for office work

যোগ্যতা

• HSC or equivalent pass from a recognised board with at least second division or equivalent GPA
• Computer typing speed of at least 20 words per minute in Bangla and 20 in English
• Skill and experience in computer word processing, e-mail and fax machine operation
• Age must be between 18 and 32 years as on 1 October 2026; an affidavit is not accepted as proof of age
• Only permanent residents of Chattogram district can apply
• Serving government, semi-government and autonomous body employees must apply through proper authority and submit an original No Objection Certificate at the viva
• Must state the correct highest educational qualification in the application; a candidate who is not a citizen, is married to a non-citizen or has been convicted of moral turpitude is not eligible
• A candidate may apply for only one post
• Exam fee Tk 112 (Tk 100 plus Tk 12 Teletalk charge) paid by SMS to 16222 within 72 hours of submitting the application
