Production Supervisor

To Assist production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.

Location: Gazipur, BDFP Factory, Gazipur Sadar, Gazipur.

দায়িত্ব

• Attend timely and arrange assembly before start shift and Prepare and arrange production as per schedule and Plan.
• Supervise and allocate all operators, production helpers, daily worker of each line as per production schedule.
• Ensure quality and quality of product by following SOP. Works closely with maintenance to ensure that production equipment runs safely and efficiently at all times.
• Record Keeping of all document related to production.
• Maintain Discipline, ensure proper CIP of all machineries and ensure hygiene condition of production floor.
• Ensure safe work practices. Have to take charge of full shift to ensure the output of production.
• Prepare daily production report and check last day loss/gain.
• Check & ensure quantity of all raw materials, chemicals & packing materials according to production planning and have to arrange raw & packing materials as per required.
• Maintain ISO, GMP & HACCP guideline in production floor.

যোগ্যতা

• Education: The candidate should have Diploma in Food Technology/Chemistry/Mechanical/Electrical with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations from any recognized institution. (Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential candidate)
• Experience: At least 03 year(s)

• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques, Knowledge of the practical application of Dairy & Food Technology. Product knowledge of respective business segment.
