• Drive store feasibility: evaluate potential retail locations across high streets, malls and standalone sites, assessing foot traffic, catchment demographics, competitor density and rental economics
• Build financial business cases: model revenue forecasts, CapEx, ROI and payback periods to present viable store expansion proposals to Country HQ leadership
• Track performance and variance: monitor post-launch store KPIs against original investment targets, uncover revenue drivers and leaks, and recommend performance improvements
• Build and maintain automated reporting pipelines, expansion trackers and executive presentations in Excel and Power BI for leadership reviews

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Finance/Marketing), Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline
• 4-7 years of solid experience in business analysis, commercial planning, or retail business development
• Prior exposure to organized retail, multi-outlet chains, or FMCG will set you apart
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex lookups, dynamic modeling, pivot analysis, scenario planning)
• Power BI or business intelligence reporting skills (highly advantageous)
• Crisp, presentation-ready storytelling in Microsoft PowerPoint
• High numerical accuracy, sharp commercial acumen, and the agility to navigate fast-paced expansion goals
