• Pipeline tracking: maintain accurate records of where each prospect is in the enrollment journey
• Brand representation: serve as the welcoming, authoritative and persuasive first point of contact for the education brand

যোগ্যতা

• A minimum of 2 years of proven, documented experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or a similar high-volume closing role
• A warm, confident and persuasive phone presence that builds rapport
• Comfortable navigating social media platforms and able to write engaging, conversion-focused replies in text
• Drive and resilience: comfortable hitting targets and a passion for helping students invest in their future
