MR. D.I.Y. Bangladesh is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to drive brand growth, community engagement and digital presence across paid, organic and owned channels. You will work closely with the regional HQ and agency partners to turn retail marketing playbooks into high-performing, locally relevant campaigns, manage social platforms, lead influencer collaborations and turn digital performance data into actionable strategies that increase brand visibility and store footfall. দায়িত্ব

• Coordinate with the Manager on planning, execution and optimization of key KPIs through paid, organic and owned media channels
• Work closely with HQ team members and agencies to implement social media campaigns and content calendars
• Manage social media platforms including content scheduling, engagement and monitoring
• Collect, compile and analyse performance data
• Stay updated with the latest online marketing trends and strategies
• Create engaging and locally relevant content for LinkedIn and the company website
• Handle community engagement by responding to reviews, messages and comments
• Collaborate with influencers, partners and customers to increase brand visibility
• Monitor competitor activities and analyse social media performance
• Work with management to align marketing strategies with business goals

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present ideas and insights effectively
• Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
