Quantigo AI, a machine learning and data processing company, is hiring an HR Intern for a three-month on-site internship in Uttara, Dhaka, Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:30pm, starting immediately. The intern supports recruitment and selection, onboarding documentation, attendance and leave management and daily HR operations. The internship offers an experience certificate, a letter of recommendation, mentorship and potential for a full-time role.

দায়িত্ব

• Identify and attract qualified resources, support recruitment and selection, and help deploy good-fit resources to business campaigns
• Conduct new joiners' background verification, prepare onboarding documentation and update the employee database
• Assist in new joiners' onboarding and orientation formalities
• Manage employee attendance and leave management
• Coordinate performer of the month and innovation award programs
• Manage daily HR operations and ad-hoc communications
• Create and manage partnerships with educational institutes and training centers

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in BBA (preferably HR major)
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and non-verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent negotiation skills and emotional intelligence
• Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS tools, Microsoft Office and G-Suite
• Highly organized, motivated and a team player
