Square Denims Limited is hiring an HR Assistant for its Human Resources department at Bhaluka, Mymensingh. The monthly salary is BDT 15,200 plus overtime. Experience in HR or factory HR is preferred (1-2 years) and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

দায়িত্ব

• Assist in worker recruitment, candidate screening, interviews and joining formalities
• Maintain employee personal files, HR records and HRIS data accurately
• Support attendance monitoring, absenteeism reporting and employee documentation
• Assist with orientation, training coordination and employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
• Perform daily HR operations and other administrative tasks as assigned

যোগ্যতা

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR/Factory HR preferred; fresh graduates encouraged
• Smart, well-groomed, proactive and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills in both Bangla and English
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office
