Banglalink is hiring a Financial Service Channel Development Senior Manager in Dhaka to drive the go-to-market strategy and sales and distribution operations of its fintech portfolio, including P&L budgeting and trade marketing execution.

দায়িত্ব

• Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Development and execution for Fin-Tech portfolios
• Ensure S&D operations for fin-tech businesses by ensuring product availability, operational scalability, cost efficiency and superior customer experience
• Run full P&L budgeting, forecasting and financial governance for financial services verticals
• Establish performance management frameworks and conduct regular business reviews with distributors, partners
• Drive nationwide trade marketing execution by ensuring campaign roll-out, POSM deployment and market activation according to guidelines

যোগ্যতা

• Graduation from any reputed university. MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience
• Strong experience in Sales and Distribution management (telecom & fintech business is preferred)
• Extensive experience in managing cross functional projects and digital initiatives
• Understanding of device, internet business, fintech business is recommended
• High commercial acumen combined with operational excellence mindset.
• Proven track record in large-scale channel management, P&L ownership, and transformation leadership.
