• Write compelling Bangla and English content for digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative ad copy, headlines, captions, hooks, and compelling CTAs.
• Prepare engaging scripts for reels, promotional videos, and educational content.
• Create content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, landing pages, and other digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Research customer personas, pain points, competitor messaging, market trends, and content opportunities.
• Collaborate with the creative and performance marketing teams to execute marketing campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency, grammatical accuracy, and overall content quality.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, ideation, content development, and optimization.
• Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing best practices.

• Excellent Bangla writing skills with strong English communication and writing ability.
• Strong understanding of copywriting, storytelling, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with AIDA, PAS, and other copywriting frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
• Ability to write persuasive, engaging, and customer-focused content.
• Experience with ChatGPT or other AI-assisted content tools.
• Strong research, proofreading, editing, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant professional experience or a strong writing portfolio.
