We are currently looking for a Stakeholder Manager who will responsible for developing, implementing, and managing stakeholder engagement strategies and plans to support successful project delivery. The role ensures effective communication, consultation, and relationship management with government agencies, project-affected communities, clients, contractors, development partners, and other key stakeholders. The position promotes proactive stakeholder engagement, timely issue resolution, and positive project outcomes while maintaining compliance with project and organizational requirements

দায়িত্ব

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans aligned with project requirements and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, communications, consultations, and issue resolution throughout project delivery.
• Support technical teams with stakeholder management activities, meetings, briefings, and communication requirements.
• Facilitate consultations, workshops, meetings, and public engagement sessions.
• Monitor stakeholder issues and ensure effective resolution and escalation where required.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and a nationally recognized professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
