Magpie Nest Group is hiring 6 Client Success Executives to support a fast-scaling, USA-based BPO services company. You will be the first point of contact for USA clients: inquiries, complaints, service requests and account coordination all run through you first. This is a hands-on, high-volume communication role with calls and tickets every night, chasing cases until they are actually resolved.

Shift and location: Monday to Friday, 8:30 PM - 5:30 AM (aligned to USA PST business hours); Saturday and Sunday off. On-site at Magpie Nest Group HQ, Banasree, Dhaka.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and platform messages with USA clients and suppliers
• Support clients in real time on inquiries, complaints, service requests and account questions
• Log every interaction accurately in the CRM
• Coordinate between the USA team and Bangladesh operations
• Track unresolved cases to closure, not just "in progress"
• Prepare regular summaries of client feedback and recurring issues for leadership
• Escalate stuck cases to a supervisor early

যোগ্যতা

• A/O Levels; a Bachelor's degree from a reputed university is an added advantage
• IELTS Speaking Band 7.5
• 1+ year in client communication, customer service or a client-facing role (freshers welcome)
• Excellent spoken and written English, natural and unaccented in writing
• Real cultural fluency with the USA, built through American movies, TV, sports or gaming
• Comfort with Google Workspace, CRMs and call systems
• Calm under pressure, sharp attention to detail, and comfort with night shifts
