Debuggers Studio is looking for a motivated and experienced Client Acquisition Executive to communicate with international prospects, qualify leads, set appointments, handle objections, follow up and convert opportunities into clients. The job is on-site, full-time, night shift, at Sector 9, Uttara, Dhaka. Salary is up to BDT 40,000 per month depending on experience and skills, with performance-based incentives.

• Make outbound calls to international prospects and communicate professionally in English
• Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities
• Set, confirm and follow up on appointments
• Present products and services and communicate their value effectively
• Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally
• Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate lead information, notes, activities and follow-up status in the CRM
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales and performance targets
• Take ownership of assigned leads and opportunities

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum HSC or A level, with good English communication
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international call center
• Experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing or client acquisition is preferred
• Fluent spoken English with clear pronunciation
• Comfortable communicating with international customers and understanding different accents
• Strong sales, communication, persuasion and objection-handling skills
• Must be comfortable working night shifts
• Experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM
• Experience with RingCentral or other call-center/sales dialers
