Version3 is a small team building AI agents, automation and custom software for businesses. It is looking for a proactive, communicative and results-driven Business Relations Associate to help expand its client base, manage the sales pipeline, coordinate client onboarding and build long-term business relationships.

This is an entry-level, part-time role (about 20 hours a week, 3 months) open to university students, fresh graduates and other motivated people seeking experience in business development and client relationship management. You can work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement from Dhaka. After the three-month probation there is an opportunity to move into a full-time role.

দায়িত্ব

• Reach potential clients by phone, email, social media and direct messages
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries on every channel
• Understand client needs, explain Version3's services and run product demos
• Follow up with prospects consistently to drive conversions
• Onboard new clients and arrange kickoff meetings
• Support new clients through their first month
• Stay in regular touch with existing clients to build long-term relationships

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A confident, professional, and client-oriented approach
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects and client accounts simultaneously
• Ability to work independently, maintain consistent follow-ups, and meet performance targets
• Open to university students, fresh graduates and other motivated individuals
• Prior experience in sales, business development or client relationship management is preferred but not mandatory
