দায়িত্ব

• Research domestic and international gold, diamond, and bridal jewelry trends to identify gaps and conceptualize new product collections.
• Work closely with jewelry designers and manufacturing artisans to launch modern, lightweight, and premium collections that appeal to both traditional and younger buyers.
• Plan and execute the "Go-to-Market" (GTM) strategy for new jewelry launch campaigns, ensuring maximum visibility and excitement.
• Design and implement innovative retail strategies to substantially increase showroom footfall and sales revenue.
• Build and maintain strong personal relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), VIP clients, and loyal patrons.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to transform social media engagement into direct premium sales.
• Monitor sales KPIs, forecast inventory demands based on sales trends, and provide detailed reports to the top management.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Jewelry/Gem
• Age 28 to 45 years
• Bachelor/Master (BBA/MBA) in Marketing or any related subject(s).
• At least 5 to 10 year(s) of active experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Brand Management.
• Direct experience in the Luxury Jewelry, Premium Fashion Retail, or Lifestyle sector is highly mandatory.
