• Generate new sales leads through personal networking, telephone calls, referrals and digital channels.
• Contact prospective customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Explain project details, land share/Flat booking procedures, payment plans and relevant documentation accurately.
• Arrange client meetings and project site visits.
• Convert qualified leads into bookings and achieve agreed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain daily call records, customer databases, follow-up schedules and sales reports.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and referral partners.
• Work closely with management to improve sales performance.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor/Honors
• 4 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate
• Age 30 to 50 years
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Honest, disciplined, proactive and accountable.
• Self-motivated and committed to achieving sales targets.
• Capable of generating leads independently.
• Skilled in customer follow-up and relationship management.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business and digital communication.
• Willingness to work in the field and attend project site visits.
• A stable career mindset and willingness to grow with the company.
