Business Globalizer (a sister concern of Go Global) is hiring a dynamic, research-driven Business Analyst for its Brand & Promotion department. The analyst identifies growth opportunities, improves operations, develops new services and turns ideas into practical solutions, working across departments to execute improvement initiatives. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

দায়িত্ব

• Conduct market, competitor, industry, and business research
• Research and develop new services, products, and business opportunities
• Analyze existing operations and identify areas for improvement
• Develop strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency
• Explore AI tools, automation, and technology-driven solutions
• Support process optimization, SOP development, and implementation
• Collaborate across departments to execute improvement initiatives
• Prepare research reports, feasibility analyses, and actionable recommendations

যোগ্যতা

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication and documentation abilities
• Good understanding of business operations and service development
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and research tools
• Tech-savvy, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently
• Relevant experience in business research, analysis, or development preferred
• Knowledge of AI, automation, or digital business tools is a plus
