It is looking for a results-driven B2B Business Development & Sales Manager with a proven track record in identifying opportunities, managing sales and driving business growth. • Identify and approach potential clients
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close profitable deals
• Manage the sales pipeline, client projects and business risks
• Lead the marketing team to achieve business goals
• Coordinate with the production team when necessary

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; candidates with strong B2B sales experience may be considered in place of formal educational qualifications
• 3-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in international sales, outsourcing, IT-enabled or creative services
• Strong written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable business results
