Harmony Builders is hiring an Assistant Manager - Sales (Department: Sales). Employment status: Full Time. Job location: Chittagong.

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration. MBA will be preferred.

Experience: 4 to 5 years. Applicants should have experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, preferably in the real estate industry, banks or telecommunication.

Additional requirements: age 25 to 35 years; sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel and MS Word); strong understanding of the real estate industry in Chittagong; good command of both oral and written English and Bangla.

• Generate leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential markets
• Visit and follow up with existing and potential customers to maintain relationships
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly
• Visit various organizations to develop business and create new customer opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business targets
• Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly
• Generate and present periodic sales reports to management
• Collect and analyze data for comprehensive sales reports
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration; MBA preferred
• 4 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, preferably in real estate, banks or telecommunication
• Age 25 to 35 years
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel and MS Word)
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry in Chittagong
• Good command of both oral and written English and Bangla
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skill
• Quick learner, hard-working and willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines
