Emami Bangladesh Ltd., the Bangladesh company of India's Emami Group and maker of personal care brands, is hiring Area Sales Managers (General Trade) for its Sylhet and Chattogram Metro territories. The role drives primary and secondary sales and distribution growth in the territory. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in a reputed multinational or national FMCG (cosmetics or similar) company, a BBA/MBA or equivalent, and be aged 40 or younger.

দায়িত্ব

• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets and drive distribution growth in the territory
• Manage distributor operations, trade schemes and pricing compliance
• Expand market coverage
• Lead and develop the sales team and make regular market visits
• Monitor competitor activity

যোগ্যতা

• BBA / MBA or equivalent from a reputed university
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in a reputed multinational or national FMCG (cosmetics or similar) company
• Communication, strategic and analytical thinking, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Age at most 40 years
