Visualizer (Branding & Graphic Design)

Job description

ZORG IT Group is hiring a Visualizer with strong branding experience and a refined visual sense. You will work on logos, brand identities, brand guidelines, digital creatives, campaigns and print materials, taking ideas from brief to final execution. Full-time, permanent, on-site in Dhaka (Rangs Courtyard, 1901 Apollo Road, Vatara), 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday. Salary BDT 40,000 per month, joining immediate, interviews ongoing. A strong portfolio is essential, especially in logo design, brand identity and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop logos, brand identities and brand guidelines based on brand requirements
• Create digital creatives, campaign visuals and marketing materials
• Design brochures, flyers, business cards, stationery, packaging and other print collateral
• Prepare print-ready artwork with proper layout, typography, sizing, bleed and resolution
• Maintain brand consistency across digital and print applications
• Explore creative directions and deliver polished, production-ready designs
• Work with the Project Manager on briefs, timelines and feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Branding or a similar role
• A strong portfolio, especially in logo design, brand identity and brand guidelines
• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, layout and visual hierarchy
• Practical knowledge of print design and production
• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Good design judgment, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is a plus
