Vendor Performance Senior Specialist

Job description

HungerStation, Saudi Arabia's food and quick-commerce delivery platform, is hiring a Vendor Performance Senior Specialist in Riyadh.

The role owns fulfillment performance and vendor operations: monitoring replacement rate, Item Not Found, Item Not Delivered, order failure rate and seamless orders, finding recurring issues and driving corrective actions with vendors and with Product, Technology and other teams until they show measurable improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review fulfillment performance daily, weekly and monthly across replacement rate, Item Not Found, Item Not Delivered, order failure rate and seamless orders, and drive corrective actions
• Reduce Item Not Found and Item Not Delivered by improving the accuracy and timeliness of vendor stock feeds
• Improve successful replacements by assessing the end-to-end replacement journey and protect GMV
• Analyze order failure reasons across vendor, customer and logistics ownership and drive prevention
• Investigate late, incomplete, incorrect or damaged orders and related refunds with the responsible teams
• Act as the operational point of contact for vendor fulfillment issues, raise incident tickets and drive resolution with Product and Technology
• Follow policies and procedures and contribute to continuous improvement
• Prepare timely, accurate reports and address internal and external customer needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an operational role
• Strong vendor operational knowledge
• Ability to document processes and guidelines
• Ability to work with large data and highlight key insights
• Ability to solve major issues efficiently and know what needs escalation
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
