The University of the Highlands and Islands (Student Recruitment and Growth) is recruiting a Student Recruitment Conversion Officer, full time (35 hours per week), permanent, at £29,145 to £31,849 per annum linked to Grade 5, based in Highland Council area (Inverness) with hybrid working. The role reports to the International Student Recruitment Manager and works closely with the Student Recruitment and Marketing Manager. It is an operational support role for a student recruitment and marketing professional, supporting undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment targets in both international and UK/home markets, working with recruitment, marketing, communications, design, academic and professional services colleagues across the UHI partnership. Requirements

• Understanding of student recruitment in the higher education sector
• Experience supporting marketing and communications campaigns and activities
• A strong customer service, marketing and communications orientation
• Experience delivering customer, student and applicant-focused communications and engagement
