:Real Link Creation Limited, a visionary company in Bangladesh, is committed to developing world-class real estate and hospitality projects. Currently, the company is working on its flagship project — Sandy Land Hotel, a luxurious 5-star hotel in Cox’s Bazar, the world’s longest sea beach.To strengthen our Marketing & Sales team, we are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated professional for the position of Sr. Executive/Deputy Manager – Marketing & Sales.

Responsibilities

• Leading company in real estate and hospitality sector
• Developing Sandy Land Hotel a 5-star under-construction hotel in Cox’s Bazar
• Focused on luxury, comfort, and international standards
• Commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainable development
• Making plan for individual and as a team player to achieve the given sales target by the team leader/company.
• Monitoring marketing activities.
• Following up sales and collection activities.
• Ensuring strong presence, visibility & confidence in presenting company products.
• Preparing reports regarding sales and others in the end of every working day.
• Keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs.
• Managing relationships and service quality & standards.
• Providing market intelligence to support business for strategic planning.

Requirements

• Masters
• Bachelor/Honors
• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
• Age At least 28 years
• Good communication & negotiation skill.
• To be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activities both
• internally and externally.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Real Estate (Candidates having hotel share sales experience would get preference)
