Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for security and related services.
• Conduct regular corporate visits to offices, factories, shopping malls, hospitals, residential buildings, and other potential client locations.
• Generate leads, arrange meetings, and present company services to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare quotations, business proposals, and service offers for prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and proposals to convert prospects into business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain client databases and submit regular marketing and sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Security Service
• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development is preferred.
• Experience working in a security guard company or security service provider will be highly preferred.
• Candidates with experience in corporate sales, client acquisition, and security service marketing will receive preference.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong client acquisition and relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
• Good knowledge of corporate marketing and business development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional email communication.
• Willingness to travel frequently for corporate visits and client meetings.
• A valid driving licence and the ability to ride a motorcycle are preferred.
• Candidates with personal transportation will receive preference.
