The Specialist, Products and Solutions supports strategic commercialization activities across priority clients, market initiatives and growth opportunities in Dubai, working with business units to enable better decision making and deliver strategy and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic commercialization activities across priority clients, market initiatives and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with business units to enable better decision making and support the delivery of strategy and performance
• Support client development through business cases, opportunity assessments, solution positioning and commercialization strategies
• Assist in developing RFP responses, client presentations, executive-ready materials and proposal content that articulate Mastercard's value proposition
• Research and analyze market trends, client needs, competitive dynamics and business opportunities to support strategic decisions
• Use problem-solving, communication and project management skills to support multiple priorities simultaneously

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, strategy, product management, commercialization, business development or payments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear business insights and recommendations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive and client presentations
• Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Copilot
• English required; additional languages a plus
• Familiarity with payments, financial services, fintech or digital commerce is a plus
