Nebs-IT Solution Ltd. is looking for a motivated, creative, and organized Social Media Management Intern to join our Marketing Team.

Our priority is to find someone who understands social media platforms, has completed a Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing course, and has basic knowledge of AI tools, social media management, content scheduling, research, and reporting.

Job type: Internship, On-Site. Office time: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Weekend: 2 days. Internship duration: 3 months. Opportunity for permanent employment based on performance. Location: South Dania, Jatrabari, Dhaka.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all company social media platforms
• Create, upload, and schedule social media posts
• Monitor comments and messages and reply professionally
• Check and manage assigned emails and social media inboxes
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketer on marketing activities
• Conduct research on social media trends, competitors, and target audiences
• Assist in preparing social media performance reports
• Support content planning and audience engagement activities
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude AI for research and content planning

Requirements

• Must have an academic background in Marketing or a related field
• Must have completed a course in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing
• Must have a good understanding of social media platforms
• Knowledge of Pinterest, Threads/X, and LinkedIn is required
• Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude AI
• Good research, reporting, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to collaborate with the Digital Marketing team
• Must be proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
