Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor analysis for each client.
• Conduct full SEO audits (technical, on-page, and off-page) and prepare action plans.
• Optimize on-page elements: titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, images, internal linking, and schema markup.
• Handle technical SEO: site speed, mobile-friendliness, indexing, crawl errors, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and Core Web Vitals.
• Plan and guide an SEO-friendly content strategy, and brief content writers with target keywords and topic clusters.
• Build high-quality backlinks through guest posts, directories, citations, and outreach.
• Manage local SEO: Google Business Profile optimization, local citations, review strategy, and map ranking.
• Implement YouTube SEO (titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails) for video-based clients.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
• Prepare monthly SEO reports with clear insights and recommendations for clients.
• Monitor Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with web developers and designers to implement SEO recommendations.
• Support the marketing team in aligning SEO with Meta Ads and social media campaigns

Requirements

• Higher Secondary
• Bachelor/Honors
• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Advertising Agency, Solar Energy, Resort, Hotel, E-commerce, Garments, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Age 20 to 35 years
• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Ubersuggest, or similar tools
• Experience ranking websites in competitive niches (software & website company, real estate, solar energy, 5-star hotel, education, e-commerce, etc.).
• Good understanding of content strategy and search intent
• Ability to work with clients and meet deadlines
