Digital Marketing Executive

Job description

Aspiration Faluz Ltd., a real estate and construction company, is looking for a creative, performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive or Junior Executive to join its team in Uttara, Dhaka. The person will own digital campaigns for the company's real estate projects, combining creative content with data-driven advertising to build a strong digital presence and generate leads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Plan, create and manage social media content, including posts, reels, videos and campaigns
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, particularly Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support lead generation and brand awareness campaigns for real estate projects
• Coordinate with the creative, sales and management teams to develop effective marketing campaigns
• Conduct market, competitor and audience research to identify new opportunities
• Maintain and strengthen the company's digital presence and brand identity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role; real estate experience is an advantage
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or other content-creation tools
• Strong understanding of social media trends, digital advertising and lead generation
• Good communication, creativity, analytical thinking and time-management skills
