SEO Executive

Job description

Ecomgiantz is a growing digital agency specializing in website design and development, eCommerce, branding, SEO, digital marketing and marketplace solutions, working with businesses and brands across international markets. It is hiring a results-driven SEO Executive to improve organic visibility, rankings, traffic and conversions for its own projects and client websites. The role is full-time and on-site at the Lalmatia D block office in Dhaka.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website content, page structure, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs and internal linking
• Perform technical SEO audits and identify website issues
• Work on local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
• Develop SEO-focused content strategies and content briefs
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions and other SEO KPIs
• Build and manage high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies
• Analyze Google Search Console, Google Analytics and other SEO tools
• Conduct regular SEO audits and prepare performance reports
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, search trends and modern SEO practices
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, designers and marketing teams

Requirements

• 2-3 years of practical SEO experience
• Strong understanding of On-Page, Technical, Off-Page and Local SEO
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of keyword research and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog or similar
• Understanding of website structure, HTML basics, redirects, canonical tags, schema, sitemap, robots.txt and Core Web Vitals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good English communication and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with WordPress, Wix, Shopify or other CMS platforms is a plus
