Job description

On Virtual World is growing its SEO team and is looking for two driven professionals (1 Senior SEO Executive, 1 SEO Executive) to work onsite at House 129, Ward 17, Barisal Sadar, Barisal 8200. You will work with a collaborative team on real projects where your SEO work has a measurable impact. The Senior SEO Executive will also have the opportunity to lead SEO strategy and help shape the team's direction. Employment type: full-time, onsite. Application deadline: 31 October 2026.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimisation.
• Use AI tools to speed up SEO research and optimisation workflows.
• Track, analyse, and report on performance using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with teammates and follow team guidance to deliver results.
• Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Email marketing with Mailchimp, Brevo etc.
• (Senior role) Lead SEO strategy and guide the team on best practices.

Requirements

• SEO Executive: 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Senior SEO Executive: 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Data-driven mindset with proven SEO results.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with AI tools for SEO research and optimisation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work well in a team and take guidance effectively.
