Job description

Bangladesh Bank's Bankers' Selection Committee Secretariat, acting on behalf of several combined state-owned banks, has published an official recruitment circular for 220 posts across 17 categories, including 14 vacancies for Senior Officer (Financial Analyst) (Grade 9, national pay scale Tk. 22,000-53,060). Candidates must apply online exclusively through Bangladesh Bank's own recruitment portal (erecruitment.bb.org.bd) - new applicants click 'Apply Online', then 'Register Now', complete the required information, and receive a CV ID number and password for future reference. An application fee of Tk. 200 applies. All age-limit calculations are based on 1 April 2026 (21-32 years for this post). The online application deadline is 18 October 2026, 11:59 PM.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Banking, Economics, Finance, or Accounting from a recognized university, OR a professional qualification such as CA/FCA/MBA
• Age between 21 and 32 years as of 1 April 2026
• Must apply online only through erecruitment.bb.org.bd - no postal or in-person applications accepted
• Application fee of Tk. 200 must be paid as instructed on the application portal
• Bangladeshi citizen, subject to standard government/central-bank service eligibility, citizenship and character-verification requirements
• Authority reserves the right to modify the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process at any stage
• Submission of false or forged information/documents will result in cancellation of candidacy, including after appointment
