Senior DevOps Engineer

Job description

Brain Station 23 is hiring 1 Senior DevOps Engineer (on-site, Dhaka).

Brain Station 23 PLC is looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and DevSecOps practices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Linux, GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, observability tooling, and Kubernetes security and networking.

Office time: Mon - Fri: 11 AM TO 8 PM.

Deadline: 2026-10-31.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
• Deploy, manage, and upgrade Kubernetes clusters and workloads.
• Build and maintain container images, Helm charts, and deployment manifests.
• Implement Kubernetes security controls, including RBAC, network policies, pod security, secrets management, and image scanning.
• Manage Kubernetes networking, including ingress, service mesh, DNS, and load balancing.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.
• Implement observability across platforms, including logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
• Embed DevSecOps practices into pipelines, including SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and policy checks.
• Write and maintain automation scripts for operational tasks.
• Troubleshoot deployment, container, networking, and pipeline issues.
• Collaborate with development, cloud, database, and cybersecurity teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux and GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with Kubernetes security and networking.
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, or similar).
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
• Experience with DevSecOps tooling and practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• CKA, CKS, Terraform, or other relevant DevOps certifications will be an advantage.
