Job description
We're looking for someone who can keep our Agile teams moving - someone who's comfortable running the day-to-day rhythm of Scrum, isn't afraid to chase people down for updates, and can bridge the gap between developers, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders without things getting lost in translation. If you've got a technical or business background, know your way around Scrum and Kanban, and genuinely enjoy keeping projects organized and on track, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Run Scrum ceremonies - stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retros - and make them useful, not just routine
- Manage Scrum and Kanban workflows day to day
- Follow up with the team regularly so nothing quietly falls behind
- Keep an eye on sprint progress and make sure commitments actually get delivered
- Spot blockers, risks, and dependencies before they become real problems
- Act as the connective tissue between developers, QA, BAs, Product Owners, and stakeholders
- Keep everything documented and tracked in ClickUp, Jira, or similar tools
- Give clear, regular updates on where things stand
- Help the team get better at Agile over time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field (Business Analyst background also welcome)
- At least 2 years in a Scrum Master, Agile Coordination, Business Analysis, or Software Development role
- A solid grasp of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles
- Enough technical understanding to follow the software development lifecycle
- Strong follow-up instincts and the confidence to hold people accountable, kindly but firmly
- Sharp problem-solving and organizational skills
- Comfortable written and spoken English
- Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Jira, or similar tools
- Ease working with both technical teams and international clients
- Ability to use AI tools to efficiently deliver tasks
- Nice to have: CSM or PSM certification, past experience as Software Engineer, QA Engineer, Business Analyst, or Technical Project Coordinator, experience with international clients or distributed teams
