Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo ERP modules, workflows, and business applications.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs with third-party enterprise systems.
• Build custom reports, dashboards, and automated business processes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and system security.
• Support Odoo implementation, migration, version upgrades, and deployment.
• Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, documentation, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Odoo.
• Proficiency in Python, Odoo ORM, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Owl, QWeb, custom module development, and REST API integrations.
• Understanding of ERP processes, including Accounting, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and CRM.
• Experience with Git, SQL optimization, debugging, and software development best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
