Brain Station 23 is hiring 1 Project Manager (on-site, Dhaka).

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of diverse projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external clients to align project objectives with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for managing projects from inception to successful Clouser.

Office time: Mon -Fri: 11 AM to 8 PM.

Deadline: 2026-10-22.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
• Define project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with technical teams and clients.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between development teams, internal management, and external clients.
• Ensure high-quality standards are maintained across all project deliverables and documentation.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant project management experience in the services sector.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (such as Agile or Scrum).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
