Job description
Talabat's Talent & Culture team treats talent architecture as a product, designed with the same speed, personalisation and authenticity that customers expect. As Product Manager in Dubai you will design a portfolio of people experiences - from cultural rituals and growth moments to seamless teamwork - that remove friction and help employees unlock their potential.
You will lead discovery for your squad end to end, from problem framing to solution validation, working with business leaders and People Partners to uncover unmet employee needs, and you will define and report on the metrics that show whether each experience is working.
Responsibilities

- Build trust-based relationships across your squad to speed up execution and raise decision quality
- Collaborate with business leaders and People Partners to uncover unmet employee needs

- Combine employee interviews, data analysis and market insights to prioritise problems and solutions by need and impact
- Rapidly ideate, prototype and test solutions that work across diverse roles, seniority levels and country contexts
- Own the dependency map and drive cross-functional execution
- Define success metrics before launch and report on them honestly, including when an experience needs to be re-scoped or retired
- Partner with leaders and People Partners on adoption plans, communications and manager enablement
Requirements

- Have successfully launched products to market or to a large internal user base
- Strong understanding of Agile product management and the responsibilities of empowered product teams

- Thrive in cross-functional, collaborative teams
