Mercantile Islami Life Insurance Limited, operated under complete Islamic Shariah principles, is a fast-growing 4th generation islami life (Takaful) insurance company of the country, operating with the motto "We are all for all" based on Islamic cooperative values. The company is recruiting for the post of Probationary Officer, to be appointed at the company's offices located in various districts/divisions of Bangladesh. Applications must be submitted with 2 copies of recent passport-size colour photographs, educational certificate copies, National ID copy, experience certificate (if any) and a full CV, either by courier/post to the Human Resources & Administration Department, Mercantile Islami Life Insurance Limited, Head Office: 36 Kakrail, Dhaka, or by email, by 27 October 2026. The post name must be written on the envelope. Candidates unwilling to work in any district of Bangladesh need not apply.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Degree/equivalent (Master's/Honours preferred)
• Relevant skill in the concerned subject
• No prior experience required
• Willing to work in any district/division of Bangladesh
• Male and female candidates both eligible
